What is our product catalog?

We offer you the extensive product catalog for educational and children's institutions from the Findel Education family 

For products that cannot be imported into the EU due to their nature (chemicals, flammables, sanitary products, food utensils, etc.) alternatives could be offered.

What is the ordering procedure?

The procedure for ordering Findel products through us is very simple:

  1. Order selection

    Select the items directly from the Findel website and generate the Excel file with your shopping cart and send it to us to start the process.

  2. Analysis

    We manage product availability with Findel and analyze the simplest and most economical shipping method, taking into account the customs procedures associated with each item and its availability.

  3. Budget

    We provide a quote for the associated shipping cost for the DDP service (includes merchandise, transport and customs duties).

  4. Shipment

    We manage the transport of the order directly with Findel to your door and assume all customs procedures.

What is your billing policy?

The entire service, including products, would be invoiced by Aducex Educatiom and would be exempt from VAT as an intra-community transaction if your company has an EORI number.

Payment is typically 50% upon acceptance of the quote and the remainder upon delivery. However, other payment policies may be considered depending on the client and the order amount.

Do they offer discounts?

We offer discounts of up to 15% depending on the payment method and order volume.
